Senior Division Order Analyst
Thomas is the Senior Division Order Analyst of Post Oak Minerals, joining in June 2024.
Prior to joining Post Oak Minerals, Thomas was the Senior Staff Division Order Analyst at Vencer Energy LLC, a private equity backed oil and gas operator in the Permian Basin. Collaborating with the Land Administration team, he was responsible for the entire Division Order Department, including calculating ownership interests, setting up revenue and billing decks, owner account maintenance, and well data integrity.
Additionally, Thomas previously was a Senior Division Order Analyst Team Lead for the East Texas Assets at Exxon Mobil for eight years supporting the Land Administration team in all Division Order related areas.
Thomas began his career as a contract Field Title Landman and performed title investigation and leasing in the Barnett Shale, Fayetteville Shale, and Marcellus Shale.
Thomas received a BBA degree from The University of North Texas in Denton, Texas.
